Beginning with your own ideas we will develop the specification, pricing and timetable to fit within your sailing plans. As always our aim is to reduce your stress and increase your sailing time.

Large or small your project will be managed with the most important aspects of project management forming our comapny policies. This include the basic but often overlooked disciplines such as:

• Tight and accurate budgetary control
• Ensuring project remains on track to finish to planned deadlines
• Attention to detail when creating specifications for contractors
• Coordination of contractors that have proved good service
• Strict supervision of workers and contractors
• Regular reporting to owners or representatives

The above applies to a project of any size be it the complete refit of a superyacht or the servicing of on board machinery. The importance of supervision and project administration is never taken for granted.
